Job description

- Assist Director in extensive calendar management, travel and accommodation logistics
- Act as focal point of contact internally and externally for the Director in directing communications and enquiries as appropriate
- Manage internal and external events, leadership meetings, training conferences
- Oversee all correspondences in emails, presentations and appointments with clients
- Administrative support and managing expense claims for the team
- Ad-hoc administrative duties

Desired profile

- A diploma holder with 5 years of secretarial experience in a multi cultural MNC preferably
- Detail oriented and competent with a high level of responsibility
- Able to take initiative and think critically
