The main scope of this role is to manage sales activities in Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines and Indochina.
. Ensure a continuous improvement culture within the department to drive performance delivery through personal accountability, empowerment and development.
. Maximize growth in the region through managing optimal distributor networks and the most robust product offerings
. Identify paths to multiple channels in each marketplace and most effective way to penetrate them
. Generate strategies to ensure in-line distribution and that grow incremental product offerings each year.
. Initiate and manage new products launches in each market place each year
. Identify future new product opportunities
. Work with distributors and direct customers to provide our consumers with compelling product offerings through efficient & effective marketing activities.
. Provide timely, accurate and competitive pricing for all products to maximize EBITDA.
. Market info - Stay current on competitive products and changing marketplace dynamics including channel trends (department stores, mass, hypermart, mom & pops, on-line, TVHS) and customer trends
. Establish and maintain effective partnerships with internal stakeholders.
. Bachelor Degree in Business or Marketing
. Ten years of experience in distributorship management
. Experience in market analysis for new products and recommendations for business decisions
. Demonstrated ability to roll up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on management capacity
. Asia Pacific experience preferred
